WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

For now, we are only offering shipping to the US. We love our friends around the world but international shipping is a little beyond our pay grade.


When will you have my item back in stock?

Short version: As soon as we’re able. Our suppliers are under the same constraints we all are, so your patience and flexibility is greatly appreciated. When we have ‘em, you’ll have ‘em.


How long will it take to get my item?

We’re fans of supporting the classics which means utilizing our trusty United States Postal Service. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which, under normal circumstances, should see your item at your address within 2-5 business days after it’s been processed. Your order confirmation will include a Tracking Number but if you need additional reassurance, send us an email and we’ll try to sort you out.


can I pick up my ORDER at the bar?

Let’s not complicate things. Online orders will be shipped to the provided address. If you wish to skip the shipping costs and order your items at the bar, you are more than welcome to do so. Just don’t do it here.


what’s your return/refund policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your item(s) for any reason, you’re a goddamn liar. (KIDDING!) We are reasonable folks and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you’d rather return your item for a refund, please send it back to us in the same condition you received it and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).

If you would like to swap your item for another size, the same process applies. You pay the postage for returning the item (please indicate which size you’d like instead) and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
